In his college years in the late ’80s, Rob Kusters, Founder and Director of Pacific Island Travel travelled extensively in the Pacific. As a student he often travelled with his backpack, these days with his wife and children he likes to travel a little more luxuriously. But the adventure is still the same, breathtaking beauty, warm and friendly culture and really getting back to nature. Once you travel to the Pacific you will leave yearning to return!
All round globetrotter with many years of travel experience in Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia and Pacific Islands. Started travelling when he was 18 years old and has never stopped. Loves the beautiful friendly culture of the Pacific and the spectacular scenery. Keeps coming back twice a year because he is sort of addicted! Jurgen also very much enjoys the Sydney food scene.

Margret has been working as a Pacific specialist for over 21 years with Pacific Island Travel. You could call her a Pacific addict, she can’t get enough of islands and has travelled our region extensively. Both on land and underwater, as she is also a keen diver.
Dianas favorite destination in the world is the Pacific. She first travelled to the South Pacific for her honeymoon and since then has continued to explore the many magical destinations in the Pacific Islands regularly. She has also traveled extensively throughout New Zealand, Australia and Hawaii.
Sylvie has a contagious passion for travel and loves to share her personal experience with her clients. She has been part of the Pacific Island Travel for five years. Her travel experience in the Pacific include extensive travels throughout Australia, New Zealand and Fiji in the South Pacific.
Merel is enthusiastic, adventurous and addicted to Travelling. Her adventures in the Pacific so far include half a year travelling extensively throughout Australia. She has also travelled to New Zealand and Fiji. Next on her list is the Cook Islands.
Lara has travelled throughout Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. One of Lara’s absolute favourite destinations in the whole world is Vanuatu. She raves about her unforgettable experience with a tribe on Malekula – Vanuatu (pictured above).
Mike finds travelling fantastic! Every destination has it’s own spots and every time is a new adventure. He is passionated about Online Marketing and Tourism. Mike loves to travel and learn new cultures and languages. He visits a new country he has never been to each year. Travelling to the Pacific has always been a dream of his.
After spending five months travelling throughout Australia and New Zealand, Natasja fell in love with the Pacific. Highlights in Australia were diving in the Great Barrier Reef and the New Years Eve festivities in Sydney. Highlight in New Zealand was sky diving above Lord of the Rings location Mt Doom (Mount Ngauruhoe).
During an internship in Sydney she could see a lot of things from Australia. For example the East Coast, Jervis Bay, Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road. Tessa had the feeling she was home and really want to go back to Australia. During her internship she has been to Fiji too. Fiji was fantastic, because Fiji has everything you need! Tessa hopes to see a lot of the Pacific in the future.
